“Promi” offers to design projects of different kinds of building objects.

What we do in general building projects?

We design family houses, service and commercial buildings, public buildings. We always suggest architecture which suits individual needs of our clients. Our buildings harmonise with surrounding and at the same time have a unique character which distinguish them from other buildings.

Our approach to the projects

Each project is approached individually. It results in maximising functional and constructive character which allows to optimise future costs of the investment.

We start with preparing conception and agreeing it with the investor. Next, we prepare building project or building and executive project in different branches(for ex. architecture, construction, sanitation facilities and wiring systems).

What else can we offer our clients?

We offer to prepare cost estimates and projects of essential connections and installations accepted by the investor.

Additionally, we offer to prepare interior designs.
