Activity profile

PROMI offers a wide range of investment services applying to complex supervision from the moment of gaining the building site, through project design and preparing the building for commissioning.

In particular we offer

• Creation of multiple documentation for building objects, development of special concepts, building projects, executive projects, interior designs and projects of cost estimates;
• Preparation of legal side of design documentation for gaining building permission: gaining building conditions, technical conditions for providing building with utility services, gaining approvals of prepared design documentation in particular offices and institutions and having it verified by experts or institutions required by building regulations;
• Verification of technical conditions in relation to economical issues of the investment;
• Verification and coordination of design documentation;
• Design of energetic certificates of buildings;
• Supervision of building processes; investor’s supervision: monitoring the building site in relation to realisation consistence with the project, building art, realisation and commissioning conditions and current regulations;
• Financial control of building investment;
• Preparing the buildings to gain use permit with positive result;
